Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Administrator
Postition will start as part time with option rolling into a full time position.

Start date and hours are to be discussed. Wage negotiable, depending on experience.

Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and the customers are positive and productive.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Assists managers with duties on an as-needed basis (e.g. write proposals, create Invoices, process orders etc.)
· Answers phone calls and email messages promptly and notifies staff members of important information
· Screens incoming emails and assign appropriate (customer service software)
· Verifies invoices and orders, take payments
· Manage product returns and refunds
· Copy, digitize and file office documents
· help with project management

Qualifications and Requirements
· 2-3 years administrative experience
· Experience in shipping and logistics support
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in processing orders and payments
· Comfortable communicating on the phone, instant messenger, email, and web- based platforms
· Strong desktop software knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, familiar with content management system and other computer applications
· Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
· Self motivated, able to multitask, prioritize workload, and attention to details is a must

· Self starter
