The prenatal vinyasa series being held at Balu is being extended into October and November.
Prenatal Yoga is beneficial at any stage of pregnancy and suitable even if you don't have any yoga experience.
Carve out some time in your week to meet with other mummas to be to share the experience and prepare for the birth of your baby while looking after your health and well-being.
Classes are held each Wednesday 12-1:15pm.
Drop in is available for anyone 36 weeks pregnant or more.
