Sore hips, back or body?
Does everyone keep telling you to go to yoga? I know, so annoying!

It can be intimidating to walk into a yoga class where you think it's all women in fancy lululemon pants. I can tell you that yoga will absolutely make you feel better and at Balu Yoga we care more about how you feel instead of how we look. We are also more interested in you leaving feeling like you can move your body easily on the ski hill or getting up and down from your desk than what you are wearing.
