Calling all chefs and cooks.

The next workshop in our Chef-2-Chef peer learning series will take place at 10 am on Monday, January 27th at the rec centre kitchen. This series is intended for those working in local kitchens to learn together, from each other.

Ray Cooper, the Butcher, will be teaching us how to properly butcher meat.

REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY by January 23rd to ensure there is a piece of meat for each attendee to work on. Email to register. Entry is free.

Please bring the following materials:
- boning knife
- steak knife (scimitar)
- steel
- apron
