Revelstoke Vacation Rentals is seeking a self-motivated individual for the role
of Vacation Rental Administrator. We are Revelstoke’s leading licenced vacation
rental management company, managing 36 licenced vacation rentals throughout
the City of Revelstoke.
Overall Description
The primary role of the Vacation Rental Administrator is to assist with the
administrative functions of the Vacation Rental Department. The Administrator will
report directly to the Vacation Rental Manager and work closely with the Cleaning
Manager. Strong customer service abilities, time management, and administrative
skills are required. Experience in the vacation industry is an asset.
Position Duties:
● Primary contact for guest inquiries through the vacation rental email and
phone lines
● Responding to and processing vacation rental bookings through our property
management software
● Payment processing
● Communicating with guests; pre-arrival and post departure
● Updating and tracking check-ins/check-outs
● Monitoring property listings on all sales channels
● Assisting cleaning manager with scheduling cleaning
● Assisting cleaning manager in tracking cleaning staff pay
● Scheduling maintenance work at vacation rental properties
● Coordinating monthly invoicing to any external trades/services
● Office systems, data entry and filing management
