The Best Western Plus Revelstoke is currently recruiting Housekeepers to join our team. We are looking for individuals that take pride in their work and have a good eye for detail. The cleanliness of our facility is important to us and having someone who can meet our cleaning standards is of high priority. Housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness of our hotel rooms, hallways, stocking of maids rooms, etc. Work responsibilities involve physical duties such as cleaning, vacuuming and lifting laundry, as well as standing on your feet a large part of the work shift. Looking for team players who are flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays.
Changing bed linens, and cleaning & replenishing bathrooms
Checking the general condition of the room & notifying the Front Desk of any malfunctions or damage
Restocking storage areas & housekeeping carts
Ensuring that standards & procedures are applied
Attention to detail; working carefully within the minimum time
Working as a team to clean public areas
Discretion; not disturbing our guests
Experience preferred, however complete training is available.
