Did you know that breathing impacts your whole body? It affects not only the lungs and the heart, but also the digestive system and muscles. It has an influence on how you sleep, your energy levels, and your ability to concentrate and relax.
When we are able to improve and refine our breathing, we will feel the positive effects throughout our whole being!

If you have chronic pain, anxiety, digestive issues or difficulty breathing, join Kerri for this mini-workshop on breath!

We will open the body with slow and supported movement, allowing it to breathe more freely. Using gentle and guided inquiries, we will explore our breath and learn techniques for proper and effective breathing with plenty of time to relax and unwind.
No experience is necessary!

Kerri’s Bio:
Kerri teaches classes which help the student create a sense of balance between body, mind and spirit.
Learning to cultivate a sense of self awareness and gratitude on your mat, one can begin to integrate these principles into everyday life. Her classes will help you find strength and stability, while allowing time to relax and unwind. Encouragement to maintain a slow and steady breath combined with a playful approach will help one to practice with ease.
Kerri is a graduate of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Shanti Yoga in Nelson, BC, which focused on alignment and breath. She is also a Level 1 Bradcliff Practitioner, offering one-on-one breath coaching sessions. Kerri is a proud member of the Nourish Clinic team, providing massage and reflexology sessions to her community of Golden.
