The Yukon offers a vastness that instils a deep need to discover ones inner strength. This journey will embark us on a remarkable experience requiring tremendous inner skill. We will teach you the techniques that will allow you the opportunity to navigate both the river and your inner experience. Expect the unexpected on this journey, and know that it will leave you with a powerful experience and memories that will not be forgotten.

The vastness of the Northern landscape has made such an impression on me that it calls me back year after year. We chose The Hyland River – a less known river — to really experience the remoteness of the North. I have traveled the corridor three times in the past and each time the river showed me new aspects of myself, itself and its Canyons. We were also treated to the wolves howling at night! There are beautiful long stretches of calm moving water that allow for reflection and stretches of whitewater that will bring the group together to skillfully move downstream.~Sarah

Each day will start with the glorious sounds of the river waking us up. We will have breakfast & a Yoga practice, pack up all gear and load boats. We will spend the day paddling & exploring the adventurous nature of river travel on a remote Yukon River. We will arrive at our camp for the night with time to unload boats, set up camp and prepare dinner. Evenings could include meditation, Yoga Nidra and hanging out together exploring the events of our day. You will be a part of all of the tasks during the day, including helping clean up from meals. A flexibility will be required depending on weather & river conditions as to how our days unfold.
